Manufacturing Day gives manufacturers the chance to open their doors and showcase the incredible career opportunities available right here in our community. Our 11th-grade students have the unique opportunity to tour several local industries.

During these tours, students:

• discover what modern manufacturing facilities are really like today,
• learn about the products made in our community and their markets,
• explore the variety of jobs available in manufacturing, and
• understand the skills and education needed for today’s manufacturing careers.

Local industries include, but are not limited to Briggs & Stratton, Great Dane, and American Aero
