Career Workforce
Development Plan

Preparing students for successful careers and building an educated, skilled,
and efficient workforce for economic growth in Bulloch County.

Introduction

Workforce Development in Bulloch County begins long before students graduate from high school. Career discovery begins in elementary school, expands in middle school, and engages students during the high school years. Preparing students for successful careers and building an efficient workforce for economic growth in Bulloch County cannot be achieved in isolation. All stakeholders must work together and align their efforts in order to:

  • Build a workforce that provides for the needs of our local and regional industries and businesses.
  • Provide sustainable employment for our citizens.
  • Contribute to the stability and growth of the local economy.
  • Promote the betterment of our community as a whole.
