Our teachers and professional staff participate in various professional development opportunities that strengthen their knowledge of local industries and workforce development strategies. Industry partners are also involved in CTAE Advisory Councils and our Career-Workforce Steering Committee to provide valuable insight about industry needs and how we can successfully prepare our students for entry into the workforce after high school.
