Bulloch County’s Career Workforce Steering Committee, led by the CTAE Director, includes Bulloch County Schools staff, CTAE instructors, work-based learning coordinators, counselors, higher education professionals, and industry and community partners. The committee’s goal is to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the initiatives outlined in the Bulloch County Career-Workforce Development Plan.
Foster a unified career education framework that connects students to industry pathways, expands access to resources, and drives workforce readiness.
Prepare students for successful futures by providing a comprehensive career education that includes employability skills training, rigorous coursework, and authentic experiences for all CTAE students.
Develop career-ready graduates by connecting students to hands-on experiences, regional job preparation, and providing meaningful recognition of their achievements.
