Bulloch County’s Career Workforce Steering Committee, led by the CTAE Director, includes Bulloch County Schools staff, CTAE instructors, work-based learning coordinators, counselors, higher education professionals, and industry and community partners. The committee’s goal is to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the initiatives outlined in the Bulloch County Career-Workforce Development Plan.
Sustain a collaborative for developing and monitoring continuous improvement of ongoing communitywide workforce development strategies.
Implement an exemplary districtwide program for employability skills training, rigorous coursework, and authentic experiences for all CTAE students.
Prepare all students enrolled in Bulloch County Schools to be workforce ready through enrollment, enlistment, or employment opportunities.
Fostering a unified career education framework that connects students to industry pathways, expands access to resources, and drives workforce readiness.
Preparing students for future success by delivering comprehensive career education, including employability skills training, rigorous coursework, and authentic learning experiences for all CTAE students.
Developing career-ready graduates by connecting students to hands-on experiences, regional job preparation, and providing meaningful recognition of their achievements.
