As 7th grade students visit the Allen E. Paulson College of Engineering & Computing on the Statesboro campus of Georgia Southern University they learn about:

• Engineering degrees offered by Georgia Southern
• Current research in Engineering
• Careers available in Engineering
• Innovative problem solving through design and redesign activities

During the visit, students explore the Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Manufacturing Engineering programs and work side by side with faculty and students to engineer solutions to problems. Students also have an opportunity to ask questions of faculty and students about college life.
