As 7th grade students visit the Statesboro campus of Georgia Southern University they learn about:

• STEM degrees offered by Georgia Southern
• Careers and current research in STEM fields
• Innovative problem solving through design and redesign activities

During the visit, students explore the Engineering and Computing, Health Care, and Science programs and work side by side with faculty and students to engineer solutions to problems. Students also have an opportunity to ask questions of faculty and students about college life.
