Discovery Events provide students with opportunities to see, hear, and touch real world experiences available in our Bulloch County businesses, industries, and post secondary institutions. Discovery Events are designed to create a home-grown workforce and to meet the needs of our community’s high skill, high wage, and high demand careers.

6th Grade: Ag-Grow Expo

Hosted by Bulloch County Parks and Recreation, this event helps to inform citizens with a day-long experience complete with educational booths, hands-on activities, and agricultural career exploration.

Hosted by Georgia Southern University, students get a firsthand look at the state of the art research labs at Georgia Southern University inspiring them with investigative hands-on activities in engineering.
